The Role

As a key person in delivering our guest experience you will be responsible for reception, implementing brand standards and effective communications to guests and within our team.

These are some of the responsibilities:

· Welcoming guests and looking after their needs

· Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

· Ensuring that reception interacts seamlessly with other departments

· Management of databases and property management systems

· Sales and marketing support

· Be an ambassador for the Pembroke and Kilkenny

· Administration

· Reporting to and debriefing others

Salary will be reflective of experience and what you bring to the role, from a minimum of €12 per hour

Full-time and part-time opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

Salary: From €12.00 per hour
