The script writer is responsible for the creation of scripts that are related to the theme, content and objective of each project. Assignments will given by the video producer. Your task is but not limited to:
- Gather information from documentation, subject-matter experts, and other resources.
- Organize the information in a video script that is easy for the target audience to understand.
- Work with video production specialists to design animations and other visuals that help communicate the concepts from the script.
- Review completed videos and provide feedback.
- Write rough draft of event script or program flow for client events
- Meet with Video Producer and discuss how to manage and achieve client expectations
- Can produce a wide variety of content for the Web, from articles and reviews scripts
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same ore relevant field
- Has a degree in technical writing, mass communication or any related degree
- Has advanced writing skills.
- Is a team player and values feedback.
- Has the ability to organize information well and explain it clearly.
- Has the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Has the ability to understand and communicate complex technical systems.
- Has a strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
- Excellent oral and written skills with fluency in English
- Willing to work on Mid or Graveyard shift
- Can work at BGC
Writing samples will be required during the interview process.
