About The Role: This is a full-time role that can be held remotely in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Implementation, you will:
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and the Implementation Teams to understand new and current clients business requirements to develop implementation plans and timelines that meet all needs

Configure and customize SaaS solutions to meet client requirements
- Braid Org setup, Locations, Users, etc
- Provide guidance to clients on best practices for implementing and using Braid Health’s platform solution
- Conduct user training and support to ensure the successful adoption of the software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Account management, Engineering, and customer support, to ensure successful project completion from start to finish
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed, and work to resolve them quickly and efficiently
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Work with designated Account Managers to understand and plan new clinic roll-outs and growth opportunities
- Lead the setup and installation of new clinics for current customers
- Coordinate with customers to set install sessions, zoom meetings, and troubleshoot to ensure new locations are up and running
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of Implementation or Onboarding new clients/customers experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Environment [Zendesk, Salesforce, Linear]
- 1+ years of delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, Technical and non technical
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 25% Travel is required
