Job Scope
- Preparing and/or editing documents, such as quotation, invoices and expenses report
- Handling legal documentation on behalf of company
- Provide full secretarial, operational and administrative support to company and director
- Picking up spare parts from warehouse
- Handling customer’s request/enquiryAnswering phones calls and taking messages, dealing with email enquiries
- Preparing and post all orders (website, Lazada & Shopee)
- Order necessary office supplies
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete product and services information to the customer
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
- Coordinate overall operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
▪ Manage the movement and storage of stock
▪ Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
▪ Prepare and submit reconciliation report on a timely basis
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
