Job Scope

  • Preparing and/or editing documents, such as quotation, invoices and expenses report
  • Handling legal documentation on behalf of company
  • Provide full secretarial, operational and administrative support to company and director
  • Picking up spare parts from warehouse
  • Handling customer’s request/enquiryAnswering phones calls and taking messages, dealing with email enquiries
  • Preparing and post all orders (website, Lazada & Shopee)
  • Order necessary office supplies
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete product and services information to the customer
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
  • Coordinate overall operations to ensure efficiency and compliance

▪ Manage the movement and storage of stock
▪ Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
▪ Prepare and submit reconciliation report on a timely basis

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
