Job Profile: As our Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting the organization’s business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial and operational data to provide actionable insights that enhance the company's performance, profitability, and customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, product management, marketing, and operations, to identify trends, develop forecasts, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Collect and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data from various sources, such as databases, APIs, and third-party vendors.
· Develop and maintain efficient data collection systems and processes.

· Identify and validate relevant data sets for analysis, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
· Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights from the data.
· Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and monitor business performance.
· Identify and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders, top management, to drive informed decision-making.
· Present findings and reports in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization tools and techniques.
· Collaborate with finance and product teams to develop financial forecasts, projections, and scenario analysis models.
· Utilize statistical and predictive modeling techniques to generate insights and forecasts related to customer behavior, market trends, and business outcomes.
· Assess the impact of potential changes, new initiatives, or market conditions on the company's financial performance.
· Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into data analysis tasks, and provide actionable recommendations.
· Support strategic initiatives by conducting research, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business improvements.
· Ensure data governance principles and best practices are followed throughout the data analysis process.
· Proactively identify data-related issues, perform data validation, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
· Proven experience as a business/data analyst, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
· Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
· Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are highly desirable.
· Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques (e.g., R, Python, SAS) is a plus.
· Understanding of financial concepts, metrics, and financial statement analysis.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
· Attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong commitment to data quality.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
