JOB RESPONSIBILITY
To handle sales calls, emails and enquiries from existing or new customers
To assist in achieving sales target set by company.
To coordinate with Production & Logistics personnel to convey/update delivery or shipment information to the customers
To assist in Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
To ensure timely collection of amounts due from customers
To promote good Company's image.
To Provide good customer service to other departments and promote teamwork spirits among the sales team and with other departments
To educate and up-date customers regarding product information and specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/ Degree in Business Admin or its equivalent
At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity
Computer literate
Able to communicate well English and Bahasa
