ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for a Corporate Communication Director.
Corporate Communication Director (6476/CCD/ESS/GR)
Main Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of the strategic planning and execution of mainly corporate communications & CSR programs, covering the areas of press office, media relations, media monitoring, crisis and issues management, event management and internal PR
- Lead a team of corporate communications professionals and drive the strategy development for a diverse portfolio
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and supervises high-profile projects
- Lead the pitching, negotiations, planning and implementation of the projects
- Coordinate and prioritize projects, ensuring clear communication towards the team members, while acting in a timely manner
- Develop and implement PR and communication plans to align with the overall communication strategy of each client
- Oversee the workflow and operational processes and quality within the team
- Create and execute proposals based on the clients’ needs both on a reactive and proactive mode
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or a similar field
- Previous PR experience at least 8-10 years in an agency or in a Corporate Affairs Department
- Post graduate studies in communication will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (Greek and English).
- PC literate, proficient in MS Office.
