Project Manager
Remote Position - Entry Level - Room for Growth with Startup
Our team is looking for a part-time project manager that may fill particular roles. We are a professional, creative, and motivated startup company looking for an eager individual or college grad looking to grow with our content marketing agency.
If you love communicating with people, providing support and assistance to others, and enjoy social media, podcasting, YouTube, and content marketing, this may be an excellent fit for you!
This is an entry-level position to start part-time and an opportunity to grow with our startup company over time. This could lead to other responsibilities based on your skillset to a potential full-time opportunity to work remotely.
Skills:
- Must be detail-oriented
- Efficient with time and task efficiency
- Excellent English written grammar skills
- Tech-savvy and has an interest in Social Media, Podcasting, and YouTube
- Team player who is communicative
- Positive and responsive in client email communication weekly M-F.
- Troubleshooter and problem solver when clients need additional support.
- Strong productivity while working remotely
- Must have reliable computer and internet connection
Tasks:
- Lead Onboarding Processes and Calls with New clients
- Familiar with Asana, the task management tool for team communication
- Tech-savvy with Google drive apps
- Organize client social media content file assets and folders
- Review content, double-check grammar and projects
- Pass off content marketing materials to clients each week
- Review checklist before passing off deliverables
- Confident with zoom client call meetings when necessary
- Primary client communicator, support, and problem solver
- Assist your PM on additional tasks when needed
The pay rate starts between $14-16 per hour, depending on your experience. Part-time 20-25 hours to start. This is a contractor role, and we provide payments when invoiced bi-weekly to our contracted positions.
We do not supply benefits, as this is a contractor role, not an employee, and hope to bring them into our company culture as we grow into a larger company.
