We are seeking a qualified and experienced Female Hostel Warden to join our team at Eduport Residential School. The Warden will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the hostels and creating a conducive environment for the students. The primary responsibilities include overseeing student activities, enforcing rules and regulations, and promoting students' participation in extracurricular activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth functioning of hostels within Eduport Residential School.
- Enforce rules and regulations for student guidance and discipline.
- Monitor student activities and behavior to maintain a conducive environment.
- Promote and encourage students' participation in extracurricular activities.
- Address student concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with staff members to coordinate hostel management and student welfare.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the hostels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
- Age 30 to 45
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and genuine interest in student well-being.
- Knowledge of child psychology and behavior management is a plus.
SALARY PACKAGE:15000-18000
